Horizontal Directional Drilling
Horizontal Directional Drilling

Horizontal Directional Drilling is a guided boring technique that allows installation of utilities beneath roads or rivers where the path of the utility needs to change depth and/or direction.

Mosley Moling's ultra compact excavator mounted drilling rig makes possible fast efficient bores with minimal disruption. Allowing installation of continuous pipe runs up to 50m in length with diameters of up to 180mm. Massive savings over open-cut trenching can be achieved.

Using the latest electronic software, bores can be guided along required trajectories with ease. Larger rigs also available for pipe diameters Diameters in excess of 180mm and over longer lengths.
